Galva Coat Website is managed and operated by , Galva Coat Industries a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) under commercial license number IN-1000330, throughout Galva Coat Website Terms & Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Galva Coat Industries, who offers this website, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
The following Galva Coat Website Terms & Conditions (together referred to as the “Terms”) govern the Galva Coat Website offered by Galva Coat Industries in the territory of United Arab Emirates for residents of the country. The terms and conditions for the in-branch services are deemed to have been read and accepted at the Branch as part of the registration process and will continue to be applicable except only where such terms and conditions are in conflict with Galva Coat Website Terms & Conditions, in which case Galva Coat Website Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Eligibility

Also, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and have not been previously suspended by Galva Coat Industries, or disqualified for any other reason, from availing our services or using the Galva Coat Website and that you are a natural person intending to use the Galva Coat Website solely in capacity as a natural person and on your own behalf and that you will not route any corporate or business transactions from the Galva Coat Website. In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into an agreement and to abide by all the T&Cs as part of your agreement with us. Finally, you shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. How to Log On
1.1 You can log on to the Galva Coat Website by:
1.1.1 entering log on credentials if required by us.
1.1.2 entering your log on credentials as we request and to register your mobile phone you will need to generate a Security Code.
1.1.3 activating and using biometric credentials (e.g., fingerprint, facial map, or any other biometric data) that we may enable for use on the Website.
1.2 You may be required to perform one or more of the above to access full services of Galva Coat Website.
Using Galva Coat Website
2.1 The Galva Coat Website can be used from any device (such as PC, laptop, mobile, tablet) which is running an operating system supported and specified by us from time to time, from which you can access the internet.
2.2 Updates to the Galva Coat Website may be issued periodically. For some devices, updates may be downloaded automatically. If this does not happen, you will need to download the update yourself. We may display messages when you try to log on to remind you to do this. You should log on to the Galva Coat Website regularly to check these messages. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the website using some devices until the latest version has been downloaded.
2.3 We do not charge for the Galva Coat Website. However, your mobile network operator may charge you to download or access the Galva Coat Website and its features and these charges may vary if you download or access the Galva Coat Website when abroad. You are responsible for these charges.
2.4 Certain services which may be made available through the Galva Coat Website from time to time, including the Find a Branch, Bill Payments and Offers, use information about your physical location sent from your mobile device (for example, GPS signals). If you use these services, you consent to us, our partners and licensees, and Google accessing, monitoring, transmitting, collecting, maintaining, disclosing, processing, and using your location data to enable us and Google to provide the relevant functionality in accordance with the terms and conditions, and privacy policy, of the Galva Coat Website and those of Google. You will be asked to consent to the use of location services the first time you use the relevant services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by changing your location details manually.
2.5 The Galva Coat Website may store certain information that you provide or generate through the Galva Coat Website on your device. You agree and consent that Galva Coat Industries may process, store, transfer and disclose, without the need for further consent or approval from you or notification to you, your information, your account information, and information regarding your use of any of Galva Coat Website to:

- any court or tribunal or regulatory, supervisory, tax or other governmental or quasi-governmental authority.
- any regulative authority or credit bureau (including to the Al Etihad Credit Bureau) or reference agencies as we choose to use from time to time for the purposes of obtaining or providing credit references and other information.
- any affiliates or third-party service providers through which Galva Coat Industries provides services to you.
- any party that Galva Coat Industries reasonably believes to be acting on your behalf, payment recipients, beneficiaries of your account, nominees, attorneys, etc.
- any party that Galva Coat Industries engages for the purpose of processing your transactions or for the purpose of processing or storing your information, whether in the UAE or abroad;
2.6 Access to third party services (such as Google Maps/Google Earth API) through the Galva Coat Website is subject to separate terms and conditions of third-party service providers.
3.1 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern Galva Coat Website, content, and access and use of the Galva Coat Website and its services.
3.2 You must not alter, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce all or any part of the Galva Coat Website.
3.3 You must not remove or tamper with any copyright notice attached to or contained within the Galva Coat Website. All ownership in the Galva Coat Website remains with us.
3.4 The Galva Coat Website is for your personal use only, and you must not use the Galva Coat Website for business or commercial or other unauthorised purposes.
3.5 Use or access the Galva Coat Website to facilitate or support any act or omission by any party, that violates these T&Cs or any laws in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to rules and regulations relating to anti-money laundering, Notice 2922/2008, the Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2018 On Combating Money Laundering Crimes, the Financing of Terrorism and the Financing of Unlawful Organisations, The standards for the Regulations Regarding licensing and Monitoring of Exchange business and any subsequent amendments thereto, illegal gambling activities, fraud, or funding of terrorist organizations, etc.
3.6 You must take security measures on your mobile device as recommended by us from time to time, otherwise you will bear the associated risks and consequences which may arise from or in connection with your mobile device and the use of Galva Coat Website.

Our Responsibilities
4.1 While we make reasonable efforts to provide the Galva Coat Website and its services, we will not be liable for any failure to provide those services, in part or in full, due to abnormal and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which would have been unavoidable despite efforts to the contrary. This includes any phone network failures or, in the case of mobile networks, where you are not in an area of mobile coverage.
4.2 The availability and proper functioning of the Galva Coat Website is dependent on many variable circumstances, including location, mobile network availability, the Payment Gateway and signal strength, proper functioning of hardware, software, and the Device, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result directly or indirectly from any unavailability or improper functioning of the Galva Coat Website for any reason.
4.3 Galva Coat Industries assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of:
4.3.1 The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of services in connection thereto;
4.4 The Galva Coat Website is provided "as is" with no representation, guarantee or agreement of any kind as to its functionality. We cannot guarantee that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your mobile device. We are not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of this.
4.5 Please note that we are responsible for the Galva Coat Website. You should contact us regarding:
4.5.1 Maintenance and support issues, or anything to do with the Galva Coat Website’s content.
4.5.2 Any malfunctions.
4.5.3 Any claims relating to Galva Coat Website.
4.6 Galva Coat Industries abides to the requirements under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations currently in force. In meeting these requirements, we would provide details of your Transactions – if any - to the regulatory authorities as per their guidelines. For this purpose and the business requirements of Galva Coat Industries, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current information and documents to Galva Coat Industries You shall indemnify us for any loss incurred by us due to your provision of any untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current information and we will not be responsible for any damages, losses or claims made against them.
4.7 Once you submit and confirm an Instruction or a Transaction, we shall be under no obligation to accept any amendment or cancellation afterwards.
4.8 Galva Coat Industries does not represent or warrant that Galva Coat Website will be (a) available to meet the requirements; (b) uninterrupted and no delays; (c) free from failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information; or (d) free from viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties that can damage your phone operating system.
4.9 You accept that Galva Coat Industries will not be liable to you or any other person for any negligence, breach, misrepresentation, claim, delay, expenses, damages or any other liability including legal costs, any loss however caused and irrespective of whether any claim is based on law of torts, the loss of profit, business revenue, investment, goodwill, interruption of business or anticipated savings or loss of data which arises from:
4.9.1 Galva Coat Industries acting or failing to act upon any of your Instructions.
4.9.2 Any error contained in the information you have provided through Galva Coat Website or any other of our services.
4.9.3 Access or use of Galva Coat Website in the manner or purpose not authorized by us or from your part.
4.9.4 Malfunction or breakdown of access to Galva Coat Website; and
4.9.5 Any events outside our control.
Security
5.1 You must take all reasonable precautions to keep safe and prevent fraudulent use of your devices and security information. These precautions include:
5.1.1 never writing down or otherwise recording your Security Details in a way that can be understood by someone else.
5.1.2 not choosing Security Details that may be easy to guess.
5.1.3 taking care to ensure that no one hears or sees your Security Details when you use it.
5.1.4 keeping your Security Details unique to Galva Coat Website.
5.1.5 ensuring that your biometric credentials stored on your device are your own and do not store anyone else’s biometric credentials on your device and that you only use your own biometric credentials to log on to the Galva Coat Website (and any other mobile applications that we may support from time to time (for compatible devices only).
5.1.6 not taking any action to disable any function provided by, and/or agreeing to any settings of, your mobile device that would otherwise compromise the security of the use of your biometric credentials for authentication purposes (e.g., disabling “attention-aware” for facial recognition);
5.1.7 not disclosing your Security Details to anyone.
5.1.8 changing your Security Details immediately and telling us as soon as possible iif you know, or even suspect, that someone else knows your security details, or if we ask you to.
5.1.10 complying with all reasonable instructions we issue regarding keeping your Security Details safe.
5.1.11 once you have logged on to the Galva Coat Website do not leave your device unattended or let anyone else use your device.
5.1.12 logging out of Galva Coat Website once you have finished using the Galva Coat Website services, and in particular not leaving the Galva Coat Website running in the background whilst logged in (for example, whilst multi-tasking, or running other apps).
5.1.13 follow all security measures provided to you by the manufacturer of your device operating system that apply to your use of the Galva Coat Website (although you should never disclose your Security Details to them or information about your accounts with us);
5.1.14 undertake reasonable and adequate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties.
5.1.15 not using the Galva Coat Website for any purpose which is unlawful, obscene, offensive, improper or threatening; and
5.1.16 checking the information you provide when you’re using the Galva Coat Website carefully to make sure it’s correct.
5.2 You must not use the Galva Coat Website on any device or operating system that has been modified outside the device or operating system vendor supported or warranted configurations. This includes devices that have been "jail-broken" or "rooted". A jail broken or rooted device means one that has been freed from the limitations imposed on it by your mobile service provider and the phone manufacturer without their approval. The use of Galva Coat Website on a jail broken or rooted device may compromise security and lead to fraudulent transactions. Download and use of the Galva Coat Website in a jail broken or rooted device is entirely at your own risk and we will not be liable for any losses or any other consequences suffered or incurred by you as a result.
5.3 After initial registration we will never contact you (or ask anyone to do so on our behalf) with a request to disclose your Security Details in full. If you receive any such request from anyone (even if they are using our name and logo and appear to be genuine) then it is likely to be fraudulent and you must not supply your Security Details to them in any circumstances. Additionally, you should report any such requests to us immediately.
5.4 You will be responsible for all Instructions given by you or anyone acting with your authority between when you log on to the Galva Coat Website until you log off the Galva Coat Website.
5.5 You are responsible for making sure information shown or stored on your mobile device is kept secure.
5.6 You must advise us of any change to your mobile phone number without delay in case you have log on credentials with us at any time.
5.7 You may be responsible for unauthorised payments made from your accounts if you have not kept your mobile device and your Security Details safe and follow the security precautions that we advise you to undertake from time to time, or if the biometric credentials stored on your device are not your own in the event that you have activated such authentication method on the device and on Galva Coat Website.
5.8 If you know or suspect that someone else knows your Security Details, or has used or tried to use them, or if your device is lost or stolen you must tell us without delay by calling us on such number as we specify from time to. Unless and until you notify us of any unauthorised access in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for any unauthorised access, and you will indemnify and hold harmless Galva Coat Industries and its affiliates from any loss arising out of such unauthorised access.
Variation, Changes and Modifications
Galva Coat Industries shall have the full right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion upon serving 60 days notice whether via letter, email or SMS or any other means notifying you that such changes and modifications are available on Galva Coat Website and such changes and modifications will be applied and enforceable after the lapse of the 60 days notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and will be construed according to United Arab Emirates law. You agree that the Courts of United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, determine any suit, action of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. -
Definitions
"Device" means whether a mobile phone, tablet, computer, laptop, or any other device.
"Payment Gateway" means a service provided by an e-commerce application/ payment service provider that authorizes credit and/or debit card or direct payments processing for electronic businesses.
"Security Details" means all passwords, activation keys and other codes as may be prescribed from time to time.
Transaction(s): Means any instructions initiated by you, using the Galva Coat Website.
" Galva Coat Website" or "website" means Galva Coat Website (as updated from time to time) through which you can access some of our services.
"Security Code" means – if applicable - the 6-digit number sent to your Device for security purposes in order to register and continue using Galva Coat Website.
"you", "your", "yours" mean the person who uses the Galva Coat Website and, where the context permits, includes each of your personal representatives and lawful successors.
"we", "us", "our" means Galva Coat Industries
