Our advanced galvanizing facility features a massive zinc kettle measuring 15.5 meters long, 2.2 meters wide, and 3 meters deep. Steel structures are submerged in molten zinc at around 450°C (842°F), where the zinc metallurgically bonds with the steel to form a durable protective coating. This eliminates the need for frequent maintenance or replacement.

Comprehensive Galvanizing Process for Quality Assurance

We follow a complete, multi-step galvanizing process that includes cleaning (degreasing, rinsing, pickling), fluxing, galvanizing, inspection, and post-treatment. Our galvanized products meet international standards including ASTM A123/A123M, AS/NZS 4680, and BS EN ISO 1461.
